With a reputation for disruptive innovation, Rich has been in business for over 20 years. With a passion for delivering excellence to clients and shareholders alike, he was initially drawn to SME 83’s ethical approach to player representation and management.
Rich’s business interests span across four continents, he’s also a father of three and a lifelong Wolverhampton Wanderers fan.
Chrissy wilson
Operations Manager
Chrissy works as Operations Manager for SME 83. She has also worked in the same role for the TISP Group for four years.
Chrissy assists with all aspects of the business and enjoys it immensely.
She is married and lives in a lovely village near Lichfield. She loves as many holidays abroad as she can fit in, as well as spending time in Wales at her holiday home. She enjoys socialising with friends and family and the odd glass or two of cheeky vino.
Adam Davis
Data Analyst
Adam is a data analyst at SME 83, he is also studying for a Masters of Science in Sports Business Management. Ahead of every match, Adam provides catered opposition reports for all of our players, which gives them a unique insight into player performance to ensure they play to the best of their ability. Adam's unrivalled passion is football and he loves nothing more than seeing clients perform well on the pitch. He enjoys travelling to stadiums across the globe, either in person or on Football Manager!
AJAY K MAHAN
Wealth Management & Intermediary
Ajay created The Intelligent Strategic Partnership (TISP) ™ ten years ago to help clients achieve their business and personal ambitions.
Ajay came from an accountancy background and has spent many years in business consulting and wealth management. He understands the needs, challenges, and aspirations of professionals and business owners.
His philosophy of “joined up thinking” in wealth management was based upon the experience of many clients, the majority being professional athletes, who had previously suffered from incomplete and contradictory advice. Helping clients to create, grow, protect and enjoy their wealth is what motivates Ajay every day.
Gail cooke
Executive Assistant
Gail has worked for Ajay/TISP for 6 years as his Executive Assistant. Gail’s duties include acting as first point of contact, daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence and arranging travel and accommodation. Working for an entrepreneur is so different and not one day is ever the same, but she loves her job.
Gail is married with four children and two mad boxer dogs. She loves spending her free time with family and friends, walking over Cannock Chase, holidaying in the sun and has a strong belief in living life to the full!

A scratch golfer and county level tennis player, Joe loves bringing his passion of business and sports together to provide support for all areas of SME.

Head of Player Recruitment & Intermediary
Omid is Head of Player Recruitment for SME 83. He has been an FA Registered Intermediary since 2014. During this time he has built a client list of footballing talent, and has completed deals in both in the UK and overseas. Omid provides day to day management of our players as well as using his ever-growing contacts to maximise their career potential.
Omid lives and breathes football, with work being his number one hobby. He enjoys travelling and experiencing new places and cultures.
